Location: Plano, Texas

Job Type: Contract

Compensation Range: $48 - 56 per hour

We are seeking a User Experience (UX) Researcher to join our team and help shape the future of our financial products and services. In this role, you will conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, ensuring our digital experiences are intuitive, engaging, and effective.

Responsibilities:

• Highly organized and proactive.
• Comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative research.
• Able to support research operations.
• Preferably has some data analysis skills.

Specific Responsibilities:

• CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) Score Management:
  • Administer and deploy surveys across five different product lines.
  • Analyze and report on survey response metrics.
  • Refine survey dissemination methods.
• Research Support:
  • Assist with the research intake process.
  • Help recruit users.
  • Potentially run 3-5 usability tests.
  • Contribute to research repository management.
    
    

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX research.
• Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Experience with tools like UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Qualtrics, Google Analytics, or similar.

Skills:

• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and customer security concerns is a plus.
