Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Training: Complete our PLACE New Agent Launch program.
• Client Support: Assist experienced agents in guiding clients through the home-buying process.
• Expert Feedback: Provide detailed feedback to refine client search criteria.
• Negotiation Skills: Write and negotiate offers on behalf of agents and clients.
• Lead Generation: Consistently generate high-quality leads.
• Skill Development: Participate in weekly script practice and team activities.
