Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for building relationships and closing deals? We’re on the lookout for an experienced Sales Representative to join our client's dynamic team!

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and achieve sales targets
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
• Be the key liaison between the customer and internal production and engineering managers
• Work with engineering and production managers to ensure success of new product sales
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
• Sheet metal fabrication experience a MUST.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary for travel to client locations.
