The Role
As a Presentation Designer , you excel in creating engaging sales decks, proposals, and visual narratives that resonate with our audience and drive results. You bring a creative touch crafting digital designs that captivate and communicate through impactful visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Impactful Decks: Create visually stunning and highly engaging sales presentations and proposals using Canva and other relevant tools.
Digital Storytelling: Transform complex ideas into clear, concise, and compelling visual narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
Template Creation: Design reusable templates for sales decks, proposals, and other business needs to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Collaborate for Context: Work closely with team members to ask the right questions, uncover the narrative, and effectively tell the story through visuals.
Video Integration: Embed videos, animations, and interactive elements into presentations to enhance user engagement and storytelling.
Visual Design Expertise: Implement modern and innovative design principles, ensuring presentations are both aesthetically pleasing and aligned with brand guidelines.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
Qualifications:
● 3-5 years of proven experience in designing professional sales decks, proposals, and templates.
● Strong expertise in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma, with a robust portfolio showcasing digital design.
● Knowledge of storytelling frameworks and strategies for sales and business presentations.
● Proficiency in integrating multimedia elements like videos and animations into presentations, ensuring compatibility across devices.
● Exceptional ability to ask insightful questions to extract critical information for crafting a narrative.
● Solid understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and branding. ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
● High attention to detail and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
● Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and presentations ● Experience working remotely
● Prior consulting experience preferred
