Pest Management Professional (PMP) ($45k-$65k) $22-$30/hr

As a Pest Management Professional with Clancy Brothers Pest Control , you will play a key role in protecting homes and businesses from unwanted pests using state-of-the-art technology. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $22-$30/hr , depending on experience, with opportunities for bonuses and commission.

What Can You Expect?

• We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to ensure you have the knowledge and tools to succeed. Training includes:
• Proper home inspections (including crawl spaces and attics)
• Identifying and treating pest infestations using industry-leading products
• Customer communication & education on pest prevention
• Product and safety training for effective treatments
• Time management & route optimization
• Equipment maintenance & vehicle safety
• Online training modules to reinforce learning

Key Responsibilities:

• Pest Control Services: Perform inspections, treatments, and preventative solutions following company standards.
• Customer Communication: Engage with clients to explain treatments, educate them on pest prevention, and address concerns.
• Documentation & Compliance: Accurately record services provided, maintain regulatory compliance, and collect payments when necessary.
• Scheduling & Route Efficiency: Coordinate with the office to ensure efficient daily service routes.
• Vehicle & Equipment Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe company vehicle and tools.
• Training & Growth: Participate in ongoing education and mentorship programs.
• Achieve Performance Metrics: Meet daily and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive success.

Requirements:

• No prior experience needed —we provide all necessary training!
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Ability to work independently & manage time effectively
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Pass background check & drug screening
• Comfortable working in various environments, including attics and basements

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in pest control, customer service, or fieldwork
Sales or upselling experience is a plus
Mechanical or technical skills for basic equipment maintenance
