About The Organizer Role As an Organizer, you'll be on the front lines of building power with everyday people across the political spectrum. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Organizing and working as part of our national field team, you'll build relationships with our members - many of whom have never organized before - and help them take meaningful action to improve their economic lives. You'll meet people where they are, listen to their concerns, engage in conversations, bridge divides, and inspire action. You'll connect with people who may disagree with you, yet you'll find common ground in the shared goal of creating real economic change. You'll also collaborate closely with team members across the organization, ensuring that insights from the field help shape our strategy and strengthen our movement.
