The successful candidate will be able to:
Clinical Excellence: Perform a full range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures with precision and attention to patient safety and comfort
Patient Care: Diagnose and manage complex oral health conditions, ensuring the highest quality of personalized care
Collaboration: Work closely with fellow healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and clinical teams to provide seamless, coordinated patient experiences
Practice Development: Contribute to the practice's growth by building and maintaining strong referral relationships, participating in community outreach, and promoting the practice's values
Leadership and Mentorship: Provide mentorship to staff and colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
Ethical Practice: Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct, ensuring patient trust and practice integrity
Perform any and all other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring:
DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Board-certified or board-eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania
Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
