In this role, you'll be responsible for answering inquiries about products, guiding customers through our services, and addressing any concerns with efficiency and professionalism. Responsibilities

• Guide customers through our product offerings and services.
• Address customer concerns and complaints, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and information sharing.
• Monitor chat metrics and feedback, suggesting improvements to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred.
• Exceptional written communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer concerns positively.
• Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Knowledge of woodworking or related fields is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or communications is a plus.
