We are currently looking for a Junior Dispatcher to join our team serving the Southwest Georgia, Tallahassee, and surrounding areas. 
We are looking for an organized, efficient Junior Dispatcher with an eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.  The successful Junior Dispatcher is professional and courteous, a skilled multi-tasker with excellent time management, computer, and communication skills.

Job Summary:
Cooper's Plumbing & Air is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented  Junior Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will assist in scheduling and dispatching HVAC and plumbing technicians to service calls efficiently while ensuring excellent customer service. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in scheduling and dispatching service technicians for HVAC and plumbing jobs.
• Updating and rescheudling appointments for HVAC and Plumbing jobs.
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates on service times.
• Monitor technician locations and job statuses to ensure timely completion of work.
• Coordinate with team members to prioritize emergency service requests.
• Manage and track parts inventory to ensure technicians have necessary supplies for jobs.
• Schedule necessary permits for HVAC and plumbing jobs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or scheduling is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software (training provided).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
