Human Resources Intern in our

What You Will Do in This Role: - Partner with Global Supply Chain (GSC) HR Leadership for North America (NAM)
- Gain exposure to the end-to-end HR generalist role and work with cutting-edge HR technology while learning leading industry practices
- Recruiting for assembler roles on the shop floor
- Collaborate on strategic HR projects and operations, including:
- Development and standardization of onboarding programs for hourly/shop floor employees
- Enhancing the new hire employee experience
- Exposure to employee relations and guidance through new programs and policies
This Role Might Be for You If You Are: - Actively pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field
- Comfortable with organizational agility
- Interested in manufacturing supply chain
- Self-driven and results-oriented
- Well-versed in project management
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced with data analytics and proficient in Microsoft Excel
