Role Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years' experience recruiting IT professionals.
Deep knowledge of the IT market and its emerging technologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes autonomously.
Mastery of ATS tools and other online recruiting platforms.
Proven ability to work in a dynamic and pressured environment.
