Job Summary: New Bern Auto Group, a leading automotive dealer in New Bern, North Carolina, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Finance & Insurance Manager. This is a full-time, salaried sales position that offers a challenging and dynamic work environment within the auto industry. As the Finance & Insurance Manager, you will play a crucial role in the sales process by providing financial and insurance services to our customers. You will be responsible for maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction while adhering to all company policies and regulations. • Meet with customers to understand their financing and insurance needs and provide solutions accordingly
• Build relationships with financial institutions to secure competitive interest rates and financing options for customers
• Offer extended warranties, service plans, and other insurance products to customers
• Ensure all necessary paperwork and documents are accurately completed and submitted to financial institutions for loan processing
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding financing and insurance sales
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate and educate customers
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process
• Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in accordance with company policies and guidelines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in finance or related field is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Finance & Insurance Manager in the auto industry
• Strong knowledge of financing and insurance regulations, laws, and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computerized systems
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
