We're currently seeking a dedicated Pension Plan Administrator to join our dynamic team.
About the Role: As a Pension Plan Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in managing various aspects of client engagements. Your responsibilities will include compliance and discrimination testing, processing distributions and loans, and handling regulatory reporting. You'll be working independently to manage your caseload, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and taking on diverse tasks in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of client engagements, including compliance testing, distribution processing, and regulatory reporting.
Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries and solving problems efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
1+ years of experience in Defined Contribution Administration.
Experience in Defined Benefit Administration is a plus.
Proficiency in DATAIR or FT Williams is advantageous.
Accounting background preferred.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Self-motivated, dependable, and a team player with a strong sense of integrity.
