Base Salary $100,000 - $140,000

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and help us grow our client base while maintaining long-term relationships.

Position Overview:


The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, with a focus on developing new accounts, solution sales, and maintaining excellent client relationships in a corporate setting. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of construction, data center builds, and be well-versed in the B2B sales environment. They must be capable of presenting complex solutions to potential clients and driving a strategic sales approach to meet company growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies focused on acquiring new clients in the construction and data center sectors.
  • Drive solution-based sales through understanding of client needs and offering tailored construction solutions.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Leverage expertise in B2B sales to identify new business opportunities and successfully negotiate contracts.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales quotas and business development targets.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including operations, project management, and marketing to ensure alignment in meeting client needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and market shifts to continuously improve sales strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in full sales cycle management, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Extensive experience in B2B sales, preferably in the construction and/or data center sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of construction and data center builds, including the complexities of these projects.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to a non-technical audience.
  • Solid experience in account development and solutions sales in a structured corporate environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in Building and Construction Services or similar industry sectors.
  • Knowledge of Power, Rental Generation, and other related infrastructure solutions.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding a large sales quota and booked business targets.
  • Strong background in value-based solutions selling rather than transactional sales.
