The Opportunity

Reporting to the VP, Transformation Office, you will assist the Transformation Finance Lead with business decision support, ensuring that the Transformation drives cash impact and that cash impact is assessed as we reach each milestone of our transformations.

• This role is hybrid remote, and can be performed at our West Chester, PA office.

Your Impact

• Review Projects submitted for TO Finance approval and prepares any necessary briefings for TO Finance Lead to make final approval of the Initiative at a specific stage gate.
• Work with Initiative Owners and Finance teams to ensure consistency to valuation of Initiative impact (including validating all Initiative business cases)
• Perform financial tracking of progress against commitments (both value delivery and timing)
• Segregate the financial impact of the Transformation from baseline performance
• Assist the Transformation Office Finance Lead in resolving resource allocation, project management, financial and risk issues
• Support VP, Transformation Office in integration of Transformation commitments with Budgets and Forecasts
• Perform trend analyses to forecast future monthly impacts and compare against monthly financial goals
• Make recommendations to Initiative Owners and the TO Finance Lead to resolve new issues or take advantage of positive trends
• Anticipate and recommend solutions for financial issues that arise
• Perform analysis that allows data and findings determine final conclusions. Provide feedback and subsequent action plans to leadership relative to the analysis to implement change.

What You Bring

• 3+ years FP&A experience
• 3+ years experience solving data challenges to uncover insights based on a understanding of business.
• 3+ years experience collaborating with Real-time Strategy counterparts to lead transformations.
• 3+ years experience partnering with and supporting Process Leads and Initiative Owners
• 3+ years experience using a Program Management tool
• 3+ years experience reviewing P&L impact in a corporate transformation
