Requirements:

- We are seeking a candidate with a BA/BS degree and 6 to 8 years of relevant experience. Extensive experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse is crucial, along with proficiency in Python and PySpark. You must have experience integrating data from on-premises Oracle systems and connected vehicle data into cloud-based solutions. A deep understanding of Lakehouse Architecture and Unity Catalog for enterprise data governance is essential. Proficiency in GitHub for development, collaboration, and deployment in large-scale environments is also required. Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Resource Manager (ARM) templates or Terraform is preferred. Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving complex data infrastructure challenges are necessary.

Responsibilities:

- As the Azure Data Analytic Engineer, you will be our Subject Matter Expert on Azure, responsible for the development and optimization of cloud-based Business Intelligence solutions. Your role will include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines using Data Factory and Databricks, leveraging PySpark for data transformations.
- Building and managing ETL/ELT processes to seamlessly extract, transform, and load data from on-premises Oracle systems, CRM technology, and connected vehicles into data storage solutions.
- Integrating and harmonizing data from diverse sources, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and reliability.
- Creating high-code data engineering solutions to clean, transform, and prepare data for in-depth analysis.
- Developing and managing data models, schemas, and data warehouses, utilizing Lakehouse Architecture.
- Optimizing data storage, retrieval strategies, and query performance.
- Utilizing GitHub for version control and collaborative development, and implementing CI/CD workflows for efficient delivery and maintenance of data solutions.

This is a hybrid role with remote work options available two days a week after 90 days of onboarding. Travel is required up to 25% of the time. The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is between $99,700.00 and $140,000.00 per year, depending on factors like job-related skills, experience, and education.
