The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced and driven Securities Litigation Associate to join one of our esteemed clients. This role offers the chance to make an impact by handling a wide range of civil and regulatory matters for corporate and individual clients. Your skills and expertise will be key in driving success and shaping the future of the securities litigation practice.

What You'll Do

  • Lead with Purpose : Manage complex litigation matters, focusing on areas such as securities class actions, derivative suits, merger litigation, and other civil actions arising from securities-related disputes.
  • Analyze and Innovate : Contribute to legal strategy development and case management, working on high-profile matters that shape the future of technology and life sciences industries.
  • Collaborate for Success : Work closely with a team of experienced litigators, leveraging collective knowledge and expertise across various practice areas.
  • Deliver Excellence : Apply your legal expertise to navigate intricate legal issues and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience : At least 4 years in securities litigation, with a proven track record of success.
  • Education : J.D. from an accredited law school with superior academic credentials.
  • Skills : Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to handle complex legal matters effectively.
  • Certifications : Must be barred in the state of the office you are applying to or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
  • Mindset : A results-driven, collaborative, and adaptable approach to work.

Your Skillset

  • Litigation Expertise : Experience handling a range of litigation matters, particularly in securities class actions, derivative suits, and merger litigation.
  • Legal Strategy : Ability to analyze and develop strategic approaches for managing and resolving complex legal issues.
  • Collaboration : A team-oriented mindset, working effectively across offices and practice groups to drive successful case outcomes.
  • Client-Facing : Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
